Elevating Generators Hasn’t Always Been Easy

Over the years we have had countless requests at Pad Depot to make “Elevated Generator Pads” for our customers. So we did, and it was incredibly inefficient. Pouring a 1600-8000LB concrete pad and seeing it hoisted into place with a crane just hurts to watch. There HAD to be a better way to elevate a generator in a flood zone and get a high wind rating.

Elevating Generators Made Simple, With GenStand Elevated Generator Stands

Out of necessity for our customers and our sanity, GenStand was created. We found out that there is not a one size fits all design for elevating generators because of various height and permitting requirements for generator installs.
